After two intense years of renovations, we are proud to present to you the transformation of Maison Balas, a building that has captured our hearts and our imagination. ✨
Inside, every detail has been thought of, from the floors to the ceilings. We have opted for high quality materials and worked rigorously on the thermal insulation of each suite to guarantee comfort while optimizing energy savings.
Outside, it's a total metamorphosis: creation of a car park to welcome you, development of terraces equipped with swimming pools and jacuzzis, and planting of vegetation to enrich the space. We even added two terraces for the first floor suites.
The facade has been redone to restore shine and character to this incredible residence.
These two years of work have been punctuated by efforts and questions, but seeing the result today, we can say that we are really proud of what we have accomplished.
