Maison Balas is one of the oldest houses built in the heart of Canet en Roussillon.

At Maison Balas, you find yourself in Canet en Roussilon in "seaside" mode: close to the water, but not too much, away from the crowds, but under the trade winds of the Mediterranean, in the heart of authentic life of the historic village.

We offer you a unique stay in the heart of a collection of six suites which all display a contemporary design combining wood and natural materials that we have selected from the best designers.

Maison Balas is a unique address of its kind because it is located "by the sea" (Canet en Roussillon) while immersing you in the heart of the authentic life of our village, just ten minutes from Perpignan. You can, for example, go on foot or by bike, swim in the corridors of the Europa Olympic swimming pool where you can swim under the open sky in water heated all year round according to the best ecological requirements. At the same time, you can go and contemplate the sea which is only 10 minutes by bike from our suites or go jogging or do your yoga session between the sea and the pond, in the fishermen's village, a natural space where you can also contemplate highly protected flora and fauna in the Mediterranean.

Around our house, you can enjoy all the excitement and daily life of the village of Canet with its typical restaurants such as Vigatane (100% Catalan!) or the good addresses of food and wine shops that our destination.

Only 10 minutes from Perpignan (and less than 20 minutes from our TGV station or our Perpignan-Rivesaltes airport), you can also organize a quick getaway to Collioure (the jewel of the Catalan Coast!) which is only 30 minutes away of our House.
